The assessments are helpful, but there is not any information to help you with areas that the assessments show are “needs” you have to work on. The journaling activities are just forms provided for you to write…but how do you know what to write to improve if you are not sure what to do to improve in the first place. Not a good “self-help” book. You would either need someone to guide you after the assessments or you would need to do a lot of extra research to find the help you need in the areas that are your weaknesses.

Have used this workbook with teen and adult clients. Both groups have found it to be useful and easy to use.
