Having been hurt a number of times in a relationship i suddenly find myself in the same position as the person who has hurt me. Lacking self esteem and self confidence. Whats the best way of trying to build it back up when your still with the same person and can sometimes dwell on the negatives.

They are not perfect and they are nasty smelling when they don’t take baths. Ass got shit in it. Break stanking bad. You have qualities that they don’t have.
