Can someone give me some tasks on building my self-confidence. I want to try out for cheer-leading. I have everything down-packed besides I’m too shy. Just please give me some tasks on getting over my shyness. I’ll deeply appreciate any tasks you can give me. Please help!
Close your eyes, put your two fists in guard position as if you were fighting and tell yourself " I am the most intelligent being in the world" every time you say it breath in and out.
Second: exercise your focus: do something,and just do what you are doing it don’t pick up calls, don’t speak to people, just do what you have to do until you are done.
third: Exercise your will, set up a goals and achieve them,

i am shy too i don’t cheerlead but i am on many sport teams and i still get through the year just be yourself and do what you think is right
