I honestly hate the word Ugly because what really is ugly? Honestly, you can get the most confidence from being youself. If you try to be something you arnt, you arnt being true to yourself nor will it benefit you in the long run. Just "be", everything will work out in the end.

ok, I agree its not easy to console mind to distract his attention from the ugliness of his body but the only solution is to concentrate on the quality that u possess more then the one who possess only the physical beauties. In history u can find many personality who were not at all beautiful but still we remember them for their qualities which made them really unique from the whole world.

If you think life evolves in the outside beauty how about those blind people, those who have physical disabilities? Beauty now a days can be made by surgical operation but the personality can not. Find yourself not by the physical things that you see from others but what you see inside of you. Be grateful in every blessing that you received for not all are blessed like you have. Just believe in yourself and have faith and everything will be in place just like you wanted it to be.

Cosmetics are a big business in this country. Just look around in any pharmacy.
Your complex is made worse by the media presented "perfect human image". I have known and have very wonderful unattractive friends, which I consider wonderful human beings.
One must look for his/her best physical features. These can be enhanced, especially in females. Haven’t you watched one of the many make-up TV shows? Similarly one must examine the character of his/her friends, segregating those who do not deserve to be friends with, since they may have contributed to the problem.

who says that you are ugly? anyone can be attractive it all depends on how you carry yourself and present yourself to other people. If you want to build self confidence you should try being part of a sports team. I use to have low self confidence, then i started wrestling and i gained so much self confidence. My attitude changed i stopped feeling bad about myself i felt like i could do anything, i gained new friends and got i really good shape, and best of all girls started to notice me and i found out that it wasn't so much my looks but they way i acted and carried myself. So i have to say that looks are not ass important as attitude.

On great man said, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The contrary is also true.

You (the people) are what you think you are. If you think you are ugly, you are.

OUT OF IT!

You are not ugly if you groom yourself well and with simple dress. Regular bathing is also important.

Realize that looks really aren’t everything – and there are many other talents and traits that make people truly beautiful.

Not to mention the fact that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because you don’t find someone attractive, that doesn’t mean the next person won’t.
