1). You need to love yourself.
2). You can only gain confidence when you know what you are doing. Ex: when you engage in a conversation with a bunch of intelligent people… it's extremely important that you have knowledge about what is going on around the world (like politics and current news).
3). Confidence does not mean that you have to be condescending and it does not mean that you have to show off.
4). Make sure you let others know who you are and be a firm believer in what you say or do… meaning, do not second doubt yourself because others will see this weakness of yours.
5). Never be afraid to ask questions… yes, curiosity does kill the cat, but in the end… when you gain knowledge of something, believe it or not this will be helpful to you later on in the future.
6). Be proud of who you are and what you have accomplished.
7). Always respect others… especially the elders because they are the ones with the most experience and with the most contacts who can overall help you in the end. Respect others and they shall respect you.
8). Just remember and remind yourself… there is always a solution for everything that you do… therefore do not drown in your own glass of water.
9). Look professional…

The first step to confidence, is self-esteem. You have to accept who you are, and love yourself for being that way. In the matter of confidence, it involves other people. If you know that they are in the same situation as you are all the time, and that they are no better than you are, then you will have confidence.

Do you best , not what others think is your best, but YOUR best.NEVER let someone else's opinon of you bring you down.Know there is always room for improvement.Know you will make mistakes, but Everyone MAKES MISTAKES.Learn from them.Live each day as if it is your last and know that no matter what happens today that God will see you through it.

Secret to having real confidence?
It just seems like some people have it and others don't. But I want to be confident. SO BADLY. What do I have to do to achieve this?
How do you.. 'love yourself'?

haha that sounds stupid. But you get what i'm asking, right?
